These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern the use of Wizzy UI digital component libraries ("Product") sold by EGI Group AB, a Swedish company registered under organization number 5594176835 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Product consists of digital components for use with the Bubble.io platform. It is provided in a digital format and can be downloaded after purchase. The Product is available through two purchasing options:
Due to the digital nature of our Product, all sales are final. Once the Product has been delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Product to third parties.
All rights, title, and interest in the Product, including but not limited to its design, code, and associated documentation, remain the sole property of EGI Group AB. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
EGI Group AB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
